Module 1: How to define projects as problems to solve, not scope to complete
Defining projects in terms of problems to be solved
Learning outcomes:
- How to bring stakeholders and project sponsors together and align on defining a project in terms of the problems it will solve
- De-scoping problems that are not sufficiently aligned with objective of the project

Work backwards from the problem to define deliverables
Learning outcomes:
- How to apply Impact Mapping to determine which deliverables will have the greatest impact on addressing the problem to be solved
- Identify the actors and desirable impact they will have to know what needs to be measured to demonstrate goal achievement
Measure impacts to know that deliverables achieve results
Learning outcomes:
- Use Benefits mapping to identify which short term impacts will contribute to longer term business impacts
- Understand how leading and lagging indicators are used to forecast short term and long term results
- Learn to rapidly measure short term metrics to adapt the priority deliverables to achieve better outcomes
Module 2: How to move from Scrum to Kanban and deliver more value
STATIK Workshop: Setup teams for Flow optimisation
Learning outcomes:
- How to model the workflow to suit your organisation and team's needs
- Identify work classes and capacity splits and/or service level expectations
- Setup the Kanban board for maximum throughput and to identify flow inefficiencies

Define ceremonies and stakeholder engagement
Learning outcomes:
- Communicate work classes, flow types and the workflow with important stakeholders
- Decide which ceremonies may be needed and what engagement is required from stakeholders
Adjust your workflow and setup iteratively to find optimal flow
Learning outcomes:
- Learn what is working, and what needs to be improved
- Use data to inform your team which aspects are working well, and which ones are not working well
Module 3: How to cut down the time to deliver value to customers

Understand Cycle Time and Lead Time
Learning outcomes:
- Explain what Lead Time and Cycle Time are, and their significance in reducing costs
- Explain how to correctly measure Lead Time and Cycle Time
Reduce Lead Time and Cycle Time
Learning outcomes:
- Explain key methods that Agile teams can employ to actively reduce Lead Time and Cycle Time
- Measure and report savings from automation and simplification of processes
Identify and manage queues
Learning outcomes:
- Identify where queues exist in your delivery process, or are quickly forming
- Find ways to reduce or eliminate these queues
