- How to combine global (cross-team) and local (single team) priorities
Run Scrum of Scrums to deliver better results

- Visualise work and dependencies across teams to rapidly update plans
- Get issues unblocked by key managers and stakeholders
- Align schedules and priorities based on cross-team dependencies
Manage cross-team dependencies better
Learning outcome:
- Find ways of controlling or minimising the challenge of cross-team dependencies
- Find ways of preventing cross-team dependencies impacting delivery
